Stonecroft Inn is a refreshing place to get away and focus. In addition to providing excellent lodging for overnight business retreats, we have large outdoor and indoor gathering spaces and dining areas perfect for hosting corporate events for:
- Team building exercises
- C-Suite retreats
- Refining a new business strategy
- Demonstrating staff appreciation
Details
Site Fee includes the use of:
- Exclusive use of our dining room for four (4) hours for up to 60 guests
- Parking for 35 guest vehicles
- Seasonal air-conditioning or a gas fireplace
- Use of our sound system for elegant background ambiance
- Tables, chairs, buffet tables, and extra rounds for flexible and setup
- Access to our patio, perfect for relaxing, photos, or enjoying the gardens
- Use of the commercial kitchen for caterer preparation
Things to Note:
- Table linens, napkins, dishes, and glassware are available through your chosen caterer.
- Catering must be arranged with one of our preferred partners, unless otherwise approved by the Innkeeper.
- Event space available one-half hour before and one half-hour after for set up and clean up (decorations/ tablescapes/gifts, etc)
- Dining room is available between the hours of 1 pm to 9 pm (for a 4-hour period) on event dates
- We are a non-smoking inn with specified areas for smoking
- To secure your date, a signed contract and 50% deposit are required
- Children under 10 years of age must be supervised
