What time is check-in?

Check-in is available between3:00 pm and 7:00 pm. If a later check-in time is required, please call 860-572-0771 to make arrangements with the innkeeper.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is at 11:00 am. You're welcome to check out anytime before then. If no host is present at the front desk, simply leave your key in your room when departing.

If you’d like to request a late check-out, please call us at 860-572-0771. While we’ll do our best to accommodate you, late check-out is subject to availability based on upcoming reservations.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Yes! A full breakfast is served each morning and is included in your stay.

Does Stonecroft Inn offer discounts?

While we don’t offer direct discounts, we are proud members of Select Registry. Guests who join Select Registry’s free program earn a $100 reward after 12 nights at participating inns within 24 months. Sign up is quick and easy—either online at SelectRegistry.com or at the self-service kiosk at our front desk.

Do you offer weekly or long-term rates?

We do not currently offer special rates for extended stays, but we’re happy to discuss your needs. Please call us at 860-572-0771 to inquire.

Can I book without a credit card?

No. We require a valid credit card for all reservations and accept all major credit cards.

What if I need to extend my stay?

We’ll gladly accommodate extensions when possible. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled check-out.

Please note:

  • We cannot guarantee that your original room will be available for an extended stay. In some cases, a room change may be necessary.
  • In the event of emergencies (e.g., travel delays or canceled flights), we will do our best to assist. If we’re fully booked, we’ll help you find alternate accommodations nearby.

Do you offer free parking?

Yes, complimentary on-site parking is available for overnight guests. Each room includes space for one vehicle. If you plan to bring more than one car, please call ahead at 860-572-0771 to check availability.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes! We offer secure, high-speed Wi-Fi for all guests. Network name and password are provided in your room.

Is smoking allowed at the inn?

Smoking is not permitted indoors. Designated smoking areas are available outside—please ask a host for directions.

Do all rooms have private bathrooms?

Yes, all guest rooms feature private bathrooms. Some include walk-in showers, while others offer shower/tub combinations.

Do any rooms have two beds?

No. All of our guest rooms are designed for single or double occupancy and feature one bed per room.

How far are the casinos?

  • Foxwoods Resort Casino: 3.7 miles
  • Mohegan Sun: 9.5 miles

Both are a short drive from the inn.

Are there refrigerators in the rooms?

While our guest rooms do not have individual refrigerators, shared refrigerators are available in the common areas for guest use.

Are there quiet hours at the inn?

Yes. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Please refrain from using whirlpool jets or making excessive noise during this time.

Is the inn pet-friendly?

We are a dog-friendly property! However, we cannot accommodate cats due to team member allergies.

  • We allow one dog per room, under 30 lbs, and the dog must be house-trained.
  • A $50 cleaning fee will be added to your room rate for stays with a dog.
