Garden Ceremony Experience

Enjoy a romantic country setting by choosing from several picturesque garden settings for your ceremony, or celebrate inside our charming Yellow Barn (up to 75 guests).

The Hearthside Gathering

Warm, inviting, and elegant - our stone-walled dining room and glowing fireplace set the stage for a cozy dinner celebration. Ideal for those who want a private, intimate evening with close family and friends (up to 45 guests).

Begin your celebration with a ceremony in the garden, then continue with a candlelit reception in our charming dining room with rustic wood floors and graceful details (50 - 79 guests).  After the festivities, retire upstairs to the 4 queen suites and 2 Kings Suites all located in the Yellow Barn.

Turn your wedding into a weekend-long celebration filled with love, laughter, and connection. With exclusive use of the Yellow Barn's six suites, our 1807 four guest rooms and event spaces, you and your guests can relax, celebrate, and savor every moment (up to 79 guests)

The Grand Affair Experience

The ultimate countryside celebration - imagine a sweeping tent on our lush lawn surrounded by gardens and open skies. Ideal for couples who want a show stopping outdoor event with plenty of space to dance, dine, and celebrate. Enjoy the weekend by reserving our six suites housed in our Yellow Barn and our four guest rooms in our 1807 house (80-125 guests).

These experiences are perfect for couples seeking a heartfelt celebration without the worry of a large event. Includes our Luxe Elopement Experience (up to 6 guests), our Luxe Plus Elopement Experience (up to 15 guests) and our Stonecroft Boutique Wedding (up to to 25 guests).

The Luxe Elopement and Vow Renewal Experience

Celebrate your love with a private, elegant experience designed for simplicity and connection. Choose your favorite setting—our blooming gardens, the historic 1807 House with its wood-burning fireplace, or the cozy stone-walled dining room. After saying “I do,” toast with champagne and cake designed for just the two of you.

Includes:

  • Two-hour event use of gardens or dining room 
  • Ceremony officiant 
  • Photographer (1 hour)
  • Bouquet & boutonniere (or 2 bouquets or 2 boutonnières)
  • Small wedding cake & champagne toast 
  • One-night stay in the Sarah or Shubel suite with option to add any additional nights at 10% discount
  • Three course breakfast
  • Up to 6 guests permitted

Expand your elopement experience. Celebrate your love with a few extra guests in attendance. This continues to be an elegant experience designed for simplicity and connection. Choose your favorite setting—our blooming gardens, the historic 1807 House with its wood-burning fireplace, or the cozy stone-walled dining room. After saying “I do,” toast with champagne and cake with your closest loved ones.

Includes:

  • Two-hour event use of gardens or dining room 
  • Ceremony officiant 
  • Photographer (1 hour)
  • Bouquet & boutonniere (or 2 bouquets or 2 boutonnières)
  • Medium wedding cake & champagne toast (3 bottles of champagne) 
  • One-night stay in the Sarah or Shubel suite with option to add any additional nights at 10% discount
  • Three course breakfast
  • Up to 15 guests

This boutique wedding experience is thoughtfully designed to feel both refined and deeply personal, centered on connection and meaningful moments. Choose your ideal setting—our blooming gardens, the historic 1807 House with its wood-burning fireplace, or the cozy stone-walled dining room. After saying “I do,” linger over a beautifully shared meal and raise a champagne toast with cake, surrounded by those who matter most..

Includes:

  • Three-hour event use of gardens or dining room 
  • Ceremony officiant 
  • Photographer (1 hour)
  • Bouquet & boutonniere (or 2 bouquets or 2 boutonnières)
  • Large sheet wedding cake & champagne toast (6 bottles of champagne) 
  • One-night stay in the Sarah or Shubel suite with option to add any additional nights at 10% discount
  • Three course breakfast
  • If you wish to enjoy a meal with your guests, you are welcome to arrange drop-off catering, coordinate your own self-catering, or enjoy delivery from a restaurant of your choice
  • Stonecroft Inn will provide linens, tables, chairs, plates, cutlery and glassware for indoor meal
  • Up to 25 guests permitted
