Site Fee includes the use of:
- Use of our dining room for up to seven (7) hours complete for up to 75 guests
- The gas fireplace
- Sound system using CD player
- Restrooms
- Dining Chairs and tables
- Serving tables
- Parking for 35 guest vehicles
Requirements
- Use of a caterer from our preferred caterer list
- Dining room is available between the hours of 1 pm to 9:30 pm on event dates
- All events must end no later than 10:00 pm
- Patio may be included or can be added on for a fee
- We are a non-smoking inn with specified areas for smoking
- Number of children under 10 years of age is limited and must be supervised
