Here's everything you need to know about planning your ceremony with us.  Our Vow Renewal & Elopement Package We take all the stress out of the planning so you can focus entirely on each other. Our vow renewal and elopement package is available Sunday through Thursday and includes everything listed below:  Your choice of ceremony location - two hours on our property, with options including the dining room, a shared space in the historic 1807 inn, or one of our garden spaces depending on the season and your preference. A professional officiant to perform the ceremony, who can help you write personalized vows, incorporate meaningful readings, Bible verses, or poetry. One hour of professional photography to capture your day. A bridal bouquet and groom's boutonniere. A small wedding cake and champagne for two. One-night stay for the couple in our Sarah Master Suite or Shubel Suite.  Both suites are located in our Yellow Barn building and are among the most romantic rooms in southeastern Connecticut. Each features a king-size bed, a cozy seating area by a gas fireplace, private outdoor space, and a stunning en suite bathroom with a two-person jetted tub - the perfect place to unwind after your ceremony. For larger celebrations: Stonecroft is available for whole-property buyouts for couples wishing to host family and friends for a more extravagant vow renewal. Please contact us directly for availability and pricing.  Waking Up Together: Breakfast at Stonecroft The morning after your ceremony is just as special as the day itself. Our kitchen comes to life early, with coffee brewing and fresh-baked goods coming out of the oven before guests even stir. You'll be treated to a multi-course breakfast crafted from local and seasonal ingredients - and if you'd prefer, we're happy to bring breakfast in bed to your suite on your special morning. Mystic has everything a couple could ask for - waterfront dining, historic sailing ships, beautiful coastal trails, and one-of-a-kind experiences on the water. 1. Mystic Seaport Museum The largest maritime museum in the United States, Mystic Seaport Museum sits on 19 acres along the Mystic River and offers a one-of-a-kind backdrop for couples who love history and the sea. Wander through a recreated 19th-century coastal village, board historic ships including the 1841 whaleship Charles W. Morgan (a National Historic Landmark), take a scenic boat ride, or simply stroll the waterfront together. The museum is open daily, with tickets starting at $40 per adult. A Cruise with Mystic River Cruises For a truly romantic experience, book a private cruise aboard the Mystic River Cruises 1947 antique wooden motorboat. Each 90-minute cruise carries a maximum of six guests for an intimate, personalized experience, gliding under the famous Mystic drawbridge and out toward Fishers Island Sound while Captain Erick shares the history of the river and its landmarks. Hike Bluff Point State Park For couples who love the outdoors, Bluff Point State Park in neighboring Groton is one of the most scenic and beloved parks in Connecticut. The 806-acre coastal reserve encompasses a barrier beach, salt marshes, forested trails, and stunning views over Fishers Island Sound. The main trail to the bluff and back is about 2.6 miles and is open year-round, welcoming hikers, cyclists, and dogs. Free admission with parking available at 55 Depot Road, Groton. 7.
